2025 Major Projects

For 2025, the City is using new software to manage the major projects reporting process. This approach will allow us to produce dynamic dashboards that can be shared with Council and with the public. In addition, the software also supports some back-end efficiencies, allowing multiple individuals to view or edit the data at the same time and minimizing the amount of staff time spent on reporting.

We are asking departments to help us transition by entering your 2025 major projects into this database. Projects should be added to the database no later than January 8, 2025. However, your department director may assign an earlier date.

Use the forms below to add projects and tasks to the database. Please remember to enter a project before entering tasks. If you don't add the project first, you will not be able to add its tasks. Please reach out to Amanda (ext. 1043 / abennett@cityhpil.com) with any questions you might have.
